Canada Election 2006: the negative effect

Those negative ads that were pulled seemed to have poisoned the well for all the other ones, attempting to scare off Canadians.

All that right wing neoconservative American crap isn't working, it appears.

No - check the results for Ontario over the past few days in the source you have in your post - Tories down 2% and Liberals stay the same ... the ads are working, albeit slowly.

Wait until Monday next week - should see the impact then if the ads keep running.

2 percent is the margin of error.

Secondly, SC shows a 3% increase in Ontario over the past few days.

Its all margin of error stuff.
